Email a full front view of the house in PDF format. I will draw a pencil sketch on a 5 x 7 card. You will receive the original along with 10 copies. The copies will be gift-wrapped with the original on the outside for you to sign and give to your clients.
If you would like to give the cards to your clients at the closing, please allow 14 days from the date ordered to ensure it is delivered in time for the closing. For Loan Originators or Realtors in Denver, Colorado, please allow at least 5 days from the order date.
